Our terms of service are not published yet
Terms are a contract, so we are not going to improvise one. Design partners contract individually, with terms reviewed on both sides.

How the design partner programme is contracted
The first six design partners are contracted individually. That means a real agreement, reviewed by your legal team and ours, covering the twelve-week engagement, the two-year pricing hold, and the read-only access scope described on the platform page.
A Data Processing Agreement is available on request today — see theTrust Centre.
In preparation
What the published terms will cover
- The contracting entity, jurisdiction and governing law
- Acceptable use, and what happens when it is breached
- Service commitments, and the remedy when they are missed
- Fees, billing and renewal terms, including the design partner pricing hold
- Intellectual property, and confirmation that your data remains yours
- Liability, indemnities, and how either side ends the agreement
Blocked on registering the company details and a review by counsel — not on any open question about how the programme works.
